To discuss the frequency of meetings.

The Chair suggested and Members agreed to consider this agenda item next.

There was a brief discussion on the necessity of scheduling additional meetings of the Committee, on a monthly basis.

The Committee agreed to increase the frequency of meeting to monthly and additional dates would be circulated as soon as possible. It was also suggested  that internal communications regarding LGR be increased.
